"What size do I order in wraps?"
I recommend measuring your child's head. All wraps allow a 1-3 inch stretch.
"How long will it take for my order to ship?"
Turnaround Time (TAT) varies from each drop. Make sure to keep up in the VIP group on Facebook! TAT does not include shipping time.
"I received an email saying my order has shipped, but tracking still says pre-shipment. What does that mean?"
I mass print my labels to save time and allow me to make it through orders faster.
"How do I clean my bows?"
Machine wash on gentle. Lay flat to dry.
"Do you have discount codes?"

”Can I have a refund?”
Refunds are available if the order has passed turnaround time of the order.
Once an order has shipped and been dropped off and in the postal carriers possession Little Babes Bows is not responsible for loss or damages caused by the carrier. If there is loss or damage you will need to contact the postal carrier with any questions.
